The Prime Minister's Volunteer Awards recognize the outstanding contributions that individual volunteers, not-for-profit organizations and businesses make to improve the well-being of Canadians, Canadian families and Canadian communities.

Before you complete a nomination form, please review the Guidelines for Nominators.
How to nominate someone
To nominate an individual volunteer, not-for-profit organization or business that you believe deserves recognition, complete a nomination online. The online system is easy to use and allows you to securely complete your nomination form electronically and access it from almost anywhere-your home, your work or any other computer. The call for nominations is open until March 1, 2013.
If you are unable to nominate someone online, please contact us to request a paper nomination form.
