PM announces changes in the senior ranks of the Public Service

Ottawa, Ontario
Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced today the following changes in the senior ranks of the Public Service.

David Moloney, currently Executive Vice-President of the Canadian International Development Agency, becomes Senior Advisor to the Privy Council Office, responsible for Border Action Plan Implementation, effective January 3, 2012.

Patrick Borbey, currently Senior Assistant Deputy Minister, Treaties and Aboriginal Government, Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development Canada, becomes President of the Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, effective December 19, 2011.
