Correcting the record

An international media story (http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/wikileaks/8172916/WikiLeaks-guilty-parties-should-face-death-penalty.html) incorrectly cites Tom Flanagan as an "adviser" to Prime Minister Stephen Harper. This is false and the outlet in question has been contacted and will be correcting the record since Tom Flanagan is not an adviser to the Prime Minister.
