Prime Minister Harper meets with Japanese Prime Minister Noda

Today in Vladivostok, on the margins of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit, Prime Minister Harper had a brief pull-aside meeting with Yoshihiko Noda, Prime Minister of Japan. 

The two leaders used the time to discuss the status of talks with respect to the negotiation of a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement, which they launched together last March, as well as a range of other bilateral issues.
