Statement by the Prime Minister of Canada on the visit of Prime Minister David Cameron

Prime Minister Stephen Harper today announced that the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron will visit Canada on September 22, 2011:

“The United Kingdom is one of Canada’s closest friends and allies,” said Prime Minister Harper.  “I look forward to welcoming Prime Minister Cameron to Ottawa and I am particularly pleased that he has accepted an invitation to address a joint session of Parliament.”
