6:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend the Opening Ceremonies of the 2010 Paralympic Winter Games.  He will be joined by Her Excellency, the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada, and Gordon Campbell, Premier of British Columbia.
