11:00 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper and his wife Laureen will attend the memorial Marking the End of an Era – Canada Honours All First World War Service Men and Women. They will be joined by Her Excellency The Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean, Governor General of Canada; General Walter Natynczyk, Chief of the Defence Staff; and Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Minister of State (Agriculture).
