3:45 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make a special presentation to medallists from the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.  He will be joined by Gary Lunn, Minister of State (Sport); the Honourable Peter Milliken, Speaker of the House of Commons, and the Honourable Noël Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate.
