He will be joined by The Usher of the Black Rod; The Speaker of the Senate, Noël A. Kinsella; The Speaker of the House of Commons, Peter Milliken; Minister of National Defence, Peter MacKay; Vice-Admiral Dean McFadden; Rear-Admiral Nigel Greenwood; Commander Rick Durrett, Maritime Command Senior Chaplain; Clerk of the Senate, Gary W. O’Brien; Clerk of the House of Commons, Audrey O’Brien; and the Sergeant-at-Arms, Kevin M. Vickers.
