2:30 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will attend a welcoming ceremony for Hu Jintao, President of the People’s Republic of China.  He will be joined by The Honourable Noël Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate; The Honourable Peter Milliken, Speaker of the House of Commons; Gary O’Brien, Clerk of the Senate; Audrey O’Brien, Clerk of the House of Commons; Diane Boucher, Acting Usher of the Black Rod; and Kevin Vickers, Sergeant of Arms.
