They will be joined by His Highness The Duke of Edinburgh; Speaker of the Senate, the Honourable Noël Kinsella and Mrs. Ann Kinsella; Marjory LeBreton, Leader of the Government in the Senate; James Cowan, Leader of the Opposition in the Senate and Mrs. Shelagh Cowan, and Gary O’Brien, Clerk of the Senate and Mrs. Collette O’Brien.
