5:10 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Laureen Harper will attend the dedication of the cornerstone of the Canadian Museum for Human Rights.  They will be joined by Her Majesty The Queen; His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh; James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages; Steven John Fletcher, Minister of State for Democratic Reform; Greg Selinger, Premier of Manitoba and Mrs. Claudette Toupin, and Sam Katz, Mayor of Winnipeg.
