12:30 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will tour the areas of Saskatchewan affected by flooding. He will be joined by Gerry Ritz, Minister of Agriculture, Agri-Food & Minister for the Canadian Wheat Board; Brad Wall, Premier of Saskatchewan; Garry Breitkreuz, Member of Parliament for Yorkton-Melville; and Bob Bjonerud, Minister of Agriculture for Saskatchewan.
