6:40 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will participate in the 10th National Diwali Celebration. He will be joined by Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration, and Multiculturalism, and Deepak Obhrai, Member of Parliament for Calgary East and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and to the Minister of International Cooperation.
