9:40 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will participate in the Commemoration Ceremony for Canadian Armed Forces Actions in Libya. He will be joined by His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, Noël Kinsella, Speaker of the Senate, Andrew Scheer, Speaker of the House of Commons, Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, General Walter Natynczyk, Chief of the Defence Staff and Lieutenant-General Charles Bouchard.
