11:00 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will participate in a photo opportunity. He will be joined by Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec and Jean Tremblay, Mayor of Saguenay.
