9:30 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will make an announcement at the Nááts’ihch’oh National Park Reserve. He will be joined by Mrs. Harper; Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of Health; John Duncan, Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and Northern Development; Peter Kent, Minister of Environment; Bob McLeod, Premier of the Northwest Territories; Ryan Leef, Member of Parliament for Yukon; Grand Chief Frank Andrew, Sahtu Dene and Metis Elder Richard Hardy.
