1:30 p.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will participate in a tribute on Parliament Hill for Canadian Olympic and Paralympic athletes.  He will be joined by Marjory LeBreton, Leader of the Government in the Senate, Denis Lebel, Minister of Transport, Infrastructure and Communities and Minister of the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, and Bal Gosal, Minister of State (Sport).
