9:00 a.m. – Prime Minister Stephen Harper will arrive for the Chief of Defence Staff Change of Command ceremony at the Canadian War Museum.  He will be joined by Mrs. Laureen Harper, His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, Peter MacKay, Minister of National Defence, Bernard Valcourt, Associate Minister of National Defence and Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) (La Francophonie), General Walter Natynczyk, Chief of Defence Staff, and Lieutenant-General Tom Lawson.
