Browser not supportedJohn Davies has been a federal public servant for nearly three decades. He was first appointed as Executive Director of the Secretariat of the National Security and Intelligence Review Agency (NSIRA) in 2019.
Prior to being appointed to the NSIRA, he was Director General of the National Security Policy Directorate at Public Safety Canada for eight years. Between 2008 and 2011, he served as Director of the International Finance and Development Division at the Department of Finance Canada. From 2005 to 2008, he was Chief of the International Finance and Development Division at the Department of Finance Canada.
Mr. Davies holds an Honours Bachelor of Social Science from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science in Politics of the World Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
