Browser not supportedJennifer May began her career in the Public Service of Canada in 1990 with the Department of External Affairs. She has worked in the Southern and Northern Europe Relations divisions, as Director of Eastern Europe and Eurasia Relations Division, and as Executive Director of the Defence and Security Relations Division.
Ms. May has served at several Canadian missions abroad, including Bangkok, Beijing, Bonn, Hong Kong, and Vienna. She served as Deputy Head of Mission in Berlin. Most recently, she was appointed as Canadian Ambassador to Brazil in 2019.
Ms. May holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Laval University.
