Thank you for sharing your question and for speaking up for so many people who have similar questions.  

We took a number of immediate steps to fix some of the short comings and challenges that we inherited as a government and that we got a very clear mandate from people to do better by our veterans, to do right by our veterans, and we've taken significant steps, but there is  more to do.  The lifelong benefits are part of it.  The Minister of Veterans Affairs, Kent Hehr, has just finished working with a broad panel of stakeholders, of veterans experts, of veterans groups, to talk about the gaps in the system, to talk about how we can better respond to the needs people have, and there's no question that the lifelong benefit continues to be something we're working on.  We're year one of a four-year mandate, but we are committed to getting that done.  Thank you.
