The Prime Minister met today with Prime Minister Oli of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.

The leaders reaffirmed the 53-year, longstanding friendship between Canada and Nepal.  They discussed shared values including democracy, good governance, growth that benefits all, inclusion and equality.  Reinforcing the importance of the bilateral relationship, the Prime Ministers agreed to undertake bilateral consultations in coming months.
