Following the election of President Donald Trump for a second term, the Cabinet Committee will focus on critical Canada-U.S. issues.

Christiane (Chris) Fox, currently Deputy Clerk of the Privy Council and Associate Secretary to the Cabinet, will serve concurrently as Deputy Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Privy Council Office, effective October 21, 2024.

Chief Justice Gleason replaces the Honourable B. Richard Bell, who retired effective October 30, 2023.

Chief Justice Skolrood replaces the Honourable Christopher E. Hinkson, who retired effective May 7, 2024.
