Hey everyone, and happy Earth Hour.

While it started as a symbolic lights-out event, Earth Hour is now a moment for us all to recognize the collective power of individual actions.

That’s why – as a government – we’re investing in projects that will create jobs, grow our economy, and protect the environment.

In fact, just this week, we announced a deal with LG Energy Solution and Stellantis to build a multi-billion-dollar facility in Windsor to make electric vehicle batteries.

Investments like this mean thousands of new jobs, strong, innovative industries, and a clean environment for generations to come.

But fighting climate change takes all of us.

So let’s keep working together, so we can all benefit from a healthier climate.
