Tonight, Muslims in Canada and around the world will mark the end of Ramadan and celebrate Eid al-Fitr.

After a month of prayer and fasting, Eid is a time for faith and spirituality. A time for traditions and community. And a time for joy and happiness.

From Vancouver and Calgary to Toronto and Halifax, Eid celebrations will be taking place right across the country tonight. And as you come together this year, Canadians will be recognizing the many contributions you make.
